A tennis star in the making

Zachary started his "pee wee tennis" last night. He'll go every Monday night for like five weeks. He did pretty good, which means he listened to Coach Bo half the time. The other half he spent running around. He sure does look cute though holding a tennis racket.

Addison is so proud of her first two teeth!

Welcome Sophie Diana!!

Yesterday my beautiful niece Sophie Diana Rollins was born!! She weighed 7 lbs 10 oz and is 21 inches long. Sarah was such a trouper. The doctor told her to be there at 2:00 am to be induced. The doc felt she was going to have a long labor and she was right. Sophie wasn't born until 5:12 pm! Sarah is doing great though and Sophie is healthy and perfect. She has a full head of dark brown hair and it's going to be curly!! Just like her momma and daddy. She is so precious. Jason and I got to meet her this afternoon. We are so proud!! Congratulations John & Sarah!! Here are a few pics of the little beauty....

Addison is just starting to enjoy this. So far she can only touch one foot down at a time. Zachary loved the jumper. Hopefully Addie will too.

Happy Birthday Reeder!!!

Today is my nephew Reed's birthday! They are currently living in Shanghai, China but are back in the states for a few months to visit with family and friends. My mom, Tracy, Reed and Graham came down for a visit in July. We had a ton of fun and I am planning on posting some pictures once Tracy emails me the ones she has. Happy Birthday Reed!

Today is my good friend Kim's birthday. Kim and I have known each other for a very long time. I have many good memories with her. I wish we could get together more often. Kim lives in Kansas so our visits are few and far between. I hope you have a great day Kimberly!!!

Cereal for the first time

Addison had her first solid food today (besides the ice cream that daddy put on her tongue a couple of weeks ago). She had rice cereal, I know you are all jealous. She liked it okay but didn't really swallow it. Mostly just pushed it around her mouth for a little bit then spit it back out. I know she'll get the hang of it soon. She had her four month shots today. Cried pretty hard but I came prepared with a pacifier dipped in sugar and that helped. Hope everyone is well.

Ugliest Shoes I Ever Did See

When I woke up this morning I had an email from my sister, Tracy. She said that my brother-in-law, Jeff, suggested I get these for the bay. I just had to share the picture with everyone because they are seriously the ugliest shoes I've ever seen. I can't believe anyone would ever buy them. I wonder how much the cost. Jeff, thanks for the suggestion but I think I will pass on these.
