We went to Emeril's new restaurant that is here on the coast in one of the local casinos. It is called Emeril's Gulf Coast Fish House. It is John's (Jason's brother) birthday today. The big 3-0! Happy Birthday John! It was all very yummy and we were all SO full when we left. I managed to snap three pictures of the big guy but none of them turned out very well. The waiter said that Emeril will sometimes pose for pictures if he's not too busy but he looked pretty busy to me so I didn't ask. Maybe next time. We will definitely go back, it was very good.
