This past weekend was sunny and hot. We took advantage of the weather. On Saturday I played in a tennis tournament with my friend, Sandy. We won the first match easily, 6-1, 6-1 but then had a long time to sit around and get lazy before the second match. We had a slow start and lost the first set 1-6 but then turned it around and won the second set 6-1. So we had to go to a tiebreak. First one to 10 by two points. We lost it 10-12. The gals weren't any better than us we just made too many mistakes. I still had fun though, Sandy is a great player and a fun partner. When I got home late that afternoon Jason had gotten out the new slide he bought for the kids. This one is easier for Zach to crawl up and it has a little pool that Addison can splash around in.

For some reason Zachary wouldn't go down the slide for me. I think it's because there was grass in the pool part. Jason had just mowed that morning and when Addison would crawl in and out she'd bring grass with her.

It's funny because Zach really isn't scared of much. But for some reason he did not want to get in the pool since there was grass in it. I guess he didn't like the feeling of grass stuck on his feet/legs. He stood there yelling for Jason to come get him. :)

That thing is AWESOME!!! My kids would be so jealous! Carson keeps asking for something like that at Target! Pretty cool!
We were thinking of getting one of those. Except Jason wants to get the one that can hold more than 200 pounds because he wants to use it, too. I think we're going to get the one that is 18.5 feet high and sprays waters down it. Wonder what our water bill will be...and how big of a dead spot on our grass it will leave. Hmmm. All I know is that I need something to keep these kids busy this summer! :)
