A wee bit late...

I cannot believe I am just now blogging about our Christmas. Better late than never I suppose. It was a lot of fun this Christmas. Zachary was really in to Santa and putting things on his "list." We put out milk and cookies for the big guy downstairs by the couch so he could sit and rest and enjoy his refreshment. We put the tree upstairs in the game room again this year because I thought it just might be too much of a temptation for Addison. She has a habit of opening gifts before they are suppose to be opened. Besides that we really don't have a good spot in our den for a tree. Here's a picture of the tree, it was prettier in person. We ended up getting it kind of late so it was a little smaller than normal. It was still a good tree though.
On Christmas Eve after Addie had gone to bed Zachary took some pictures of the tree with his digital camera.
He thought it would be funny for the two of us to take a picture of each other taking a picture of each other.
This picture cracks me up. I think he looks like one of Santa's elves.
Zachary & Daddy
He decided to sing us a little song before going to bed.
On Christmas morning Zachary ran into our room around seven a.m. and asked if Santa had come. We went out to open our stockings and Addie woke up around that time. Afterwards we went upstairs to see what Santa had brought.
We had planned on Santa giving Addison her kitchen set but Zachary found the boxes out in the garage. We were afraid he would put two and two together so we said they were from mom and dad. Of course Addie needed her big brother to help her open it. It's not pictured here but Grandmama & Pop gave her the refrigerator.
Lainey wasn't really that impressed with the presents.
Addie's toe just cracks me up.
We went over to Jason's parents for the rest of the day. On the way there I went to take a picture of Zachary and he wanted me to take a pic of Anthony instead.
I didn't really take many pictures inside the house. I was too busy drinking mimosas I guess.
Zachary got a Handy Manny Doll and tools. He walked around the house trying to fix things.
It was actually pretty warm that day. Didn't really feel like Christmas weather but it was still a lot of fun. Grandmama & Pop gave the girls each a wagon. It was a big hit!
I didn't get very many pictures of the adults that day but I thought this picture of Sarah & Sophie turned out a little weird. Look at Sarah's hand. She was obviously moving it.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I really enjoyed getting everyone's cards this year. Hope y'all are having a good new year!!

I especially love the pictures of Addie with her wagon! Those are great! I'm so glad you go that picture of Lainey before she got sick too--that will be one to treasure.
